Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using imap.pm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials, API tokens, and integration secrets confidential.

3. Service Description

imap.pm provides email monitoring, routing, and forwarding features, including delivery to third-party platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and custom webhooks.

4. Acceptable Use

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use the service for spam, phishing, fraud, malware, harassment, or abuse.
• You must not attempt unauthorized access to other users, systems, or data.
• You must not interfere with service availability, rate limits, or security controls.

5. Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers (for example IMAP hosts and messaging platforms). Their availability and policies are outside our control. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights and legal basis required to process and forward content through imap.pm.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing your own mailbox credentials, destination endpoints, and any preview links, tokens, or PINs shared with others.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unlawful use, abuse, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from or related to use of the service.

11. Plans, Billing, and Account Deadline (GDPR)

Certain features require an active subscription plan. Without an active plan, you may access the admin interface and manage existing resources, but creation and testing of new monitored resources may be restricted and monitoring sync may remain disabled.

If no plan is selected, or if a plan expires due to cancellation or non-payment, the account is subject to a grace period and may be scheduled for expiry after 2 months unless a valid plan is restored. A live countdown may be shown in your profile section for transparency. This mechanism supports GDPR storage-limitation and data-minimization obligations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
